CLEARWATER — Police are looking for two teenagers who robbed a woman at gunpoint Monday night.

According to Clearwater police, two teens on bicycles approached a 31-year-old woman who was walking north on Kings Highway nearing Sunset Point Road around 7 p.m.

The woman told officers that one of the teenagers rode up in front of her and pulled a handgun from the waistband of his pants. The other teen also pulled out a gun and told the woman to give him her purse, she reported.

The woman, who was not identified, handed over her blue tote bag, which contained a cell phone, $50 in cash and a pack of cigarettes, police said.

The teenagers were described as black, between 14 and 16 years old. They were both wearing all black, including black hooded shirts or sweatshirts. The woman said they each had black semi-automatic handguns equipped with silencers.
