SEMINOLE — One person was killed and another suffered minor burns in a blaze that broke out in a one-story home late Wednesday night.
The fire happened on the 7000 block of Greenbrier Drive just after 11:30 p.m., according to Bay News 9. Firefighters extinguished the flames out quickly after arriving.
An unidentified body was found inside the home. The cause of death was not immediately available.
Firefighters are working to determine the origin of the fire, but officials indicated it may have been caused by electrical problems, Bay News 9 reported.
The investigation is ongoing.
